What if I want to access non-commercial material (e.g., a deposit) and it is not clear how the material has been made and whether it is considered “Special” or “Normal”?
The ILP encourages its members to inform other Members about the potential regulatory status publically available, non-commercial material. As this is not a strict obligation, Members are encouraged to contact a Patentee Member in case they want to access materials where the regulatory status is unclear.
