What if a member co-owns a patent with other parties that are not a member?
In case a member co-owns a patent with a third party that is not a member, that member shall use reasonable efforts to get permission from the third party to include the patent in the ILP Vegetable.
Upon request of any member, the independent experts will verify whether that member has indeed used reasonable efforts.
