How are decisions taken in the ILP Vegetable?
The Articles of Association may be amended only by a resolution of the General Meeting passed with a majority of at least eighty per cent (80%) of the votes.
Besides that, the essence of the ILP Vegetable (access to biological material under patents) is included in the Internal Regulations of the ILP Vegetable.
Also these Internal Regulations may only be amended with a majority of at least eighty percent of the votes. Some essential provisions even may only be amended on the basis of unanimity.
Members have either one vote (in case they pay the contribution fee of € 6.500) or 2 votes (if they pay € 13.000 or € 19.500 as contribution fee).
