What if I want to terminate membership?
In case you want to terminate the membership of the ILP Vegetable you have to send a notice of termination to the Board. The membership will terminate on the first day after the financial year following the financial year in which you have notified the Board of the termination of its membership.
However, until five years after termination, you will still have to grant licenses in conformity with the Internal Regulations as these were valid on the date of termination.
This so-called “survival clause” only applies to the patents and patent applications you owned or controlled during the term of your membership.
